Chester Mr. Franklin Ray "Snook? Watts, 65, died Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at his home.The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Melvin Pressley officiating.Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, December 30, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mr. Watts was born November 18, 1946 and was a son of Gene Dallas and the late Catherine West McFalls.He attended the schools of Chester County.He was retired from Springs Industries as a fixer and was a member of the S.C. National Guard.Ray?s favorite pastime was tinkering with antique cars. He is survived by his wife Gloria ?Susie? Ferrell Watts; two daughters, Stephanie ?Buffy? Church and Shannon Robinson and fiance? Jason Clinton both of Chester; five grandchildren, Matt, Carleigh, Pacey, Cody, and Mallory; two sisters, Brenda Sweatt of Chester and Jenny Childers of Myrtle Beach; and one step-brother, Terry Dallas of Chester.
