Miss Frances Loraine Railey, 86, formerly of 106 Elizabeth Street, died Monday, January 04, 2010 at Chester Regional Nursing Center. The funeral will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Waldrip officiating.Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Born February 10, 1923 in Chester, SC, Miss Railey was a daughter of Thomas W. and Hattie Fennell Railey.She was a graduate of Chester High School and retired from Springs Industries.She was a member of First Baptist Church where she was a member of the Gleaners Sunday School Class and she was a member of the Springs Golden Age Group. She is survived by one nephew, Walter L. Railey, Jr. and his wife Melody Gay of Burlington, KS and several great nieces and nephews.
