Eve Anna Neiblum West

CHESTER, SC: Mrs. Eve Anna Neiblum West, 60, died Friday, January 13, 2017 at her home.A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Barron Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Bishop officiating.The family will receive friends for about an hour immediately following the memorial service.The interment will be private. Born January 21, 1956 in Brooklyn, NY, Mrs. West was a daughter of Winnifred Theodora Rehard Neilblum and the late Emmanuel Levinson.She was a graduate of the University of Santa Cruz where she earned a Bachelors degree in History and a graduate of the University ofthe Virgin Islands where she earned aBachelors degree in Marine Biology. She is survived by husband of over twenty-seven years, Robert L. “Bob” West; two brothers, Adam Neiblum (Laura Lamkin) of Santa Cruz, CA; Jeph Neiblum (Melinda) of New York, New York; one sister, Amy Neiblum (Chris) of Santz Cruz, CA; four nieces, Eriana Neiblum-Lamkin of Camden, SC, Sadie Neiblum-Lamkin of Santa Cruz, CA, Jordan Neiblum of Denver, CO, Cameron Neiblum of New York, New York; three nephews, Kendal Neiblum-Lamkin of Santa Cruz, CA, Hunter Neiblum of Seattle, WA and Daniel Gaston of Chester, SC and an aunt, Launa Rehard Jorgenson of Michigan.
