Chester Mrs. Eunice Barrett Miller McWaters, 58, died Sunday, August 27, 2017, at her home.A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley McGraw and Rev. Melvin Pressley officiating.Interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mrs. McWaters was born August 12, 1959 in Chambersburg, PA and was a daughter of the late James H. Barrett and Carol Elaine Hettenshulter Barrett.She attended Gamewell High School in Lenoir, NC and was formerly employed as manager of several local convenience stores.Mrs. McWaters was a very proud grandmother and loved all of her family.She was Team Mom with Little League Baseball and a Brownie Troop Leader.Mrs. McWaters was a member of Bride of Christ Church in Rock Hill. She is survived by her husband of over 38 years, Randy W. “Peanut” McWaters; one daughter, Misty Miller of Chester; two sons, Michael Miller (Anna) of Lockhart and Alex McWaters (Heather) of Chester; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Brenda Blankenship (Tim) and Renee Rector both of Lenoir, NC; one brother, Jamie Barrett (Karen) of Lenoir, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews.Mrs. McWaters was preceded in death by two brothers, Jesse James Barrett and James Leroy Barrett and father and mother-in-law, Carl and Fay McWaters.
