Chester Mrs. Eunice Belle Blackwell Foster, 83, died Monday, November 13, 2017, at Chester Regional Medical Center.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 16, at Chester Memorial Gardens with Rev. Keith Hinson officiating.The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, November 15, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mrs. Foster was born May 26, 1934 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late Reese Blackwell and Golda Capps Blackwell.She was a graduate of Chester High School and retired from Springs Industries and also Megastar.Mrs. Foster was a member of First Baptist Church Lowrys and the Springs Golden Age Club. She is survived by four children, Steve Foster, Larry Foster (Pat), Linda Roach (Keith) all of Chester and Brent Foster (Tonya) of Rock Hill; nine grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Preston, Luke, Emma, Colson, Stephanie, Brooke and Julie; eight great grandchildren, Kacie, Mia, Logan, Abby, Christopher, Hailey, Alex and Cooper; numerous great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Estelle Aiken and Geneva Dalton both of Chester; and one brother, Johnny Blackwell of Chester.Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her husband of over 51 years, Harold L.
