Born February 5, 1919 in Chester, SC, Mrs. Segar was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Smith Morrow.She attended Chester High School and was retired from Chester Laundry as assistant manager.She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School Teacher She is survived by one daughter, Glenda S. Westbrook of Blythe, GA; three grandchildren, Gina W. Raines of N. Augusta, SC, Michael R. Westbrook of Lawrenceville, GA and Freeman Spence of Georgetown, SC.She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex W. Segar and a son, William J.
