CHESTER, SC: Mrs. Ethel Clark Sanders, 92, died Monday, October 8, 2018 at the Chester Regional Nursing Center.The funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Armenia United Methodist Church with Reverend Mike Burgess officiating.The interment will be in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 10, 2018 in the fellowship hall of the church. Born March 9, 1926 in Chester County, SC, Mrs. Sanders was a daughter of the late Will Isaac Clark and Daisy Estelle Gregory Clark.She attended the schools of Chester County and was employed with Springs Industries as a sewing machine operator.She was the widow of Robert Julian Sanders. She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Sanders Shugart and her husband Les of Chester; two granddaughters, Leslie Willisand her husband Jason of Chester and Shannon Farr and her husband Matt of Jonesville, SC; one great granddaughter, Emma Grace Farr of Jonesville, SC; and her caregiver, Edna Lindemann of McConnells, SC. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Wayne Sanders, a grandson, Jason Wayne Shugart, six sisters, Ivory Love, Atha Dodds, Betty Clark, Mabel Love, Annie Dodds and Vernell Love and four brothers, Albert, Leonhart, Dodie and Bill Clark.
