Mrs. Elizabeth Kinsey ?Lib?Clowney, 84, died Thursday, October 6, 2011.The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Michael P. Shaffer and Rev. Steve Anderson officiating.Interment will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 5:00 ? 7:00 PM Saturday at Barron Funeral Home. Born May 26, 1927 in Greenville, SC, Mrs. Clowney was the daughter of the late James Perry Kinsey and KatieFreeman Kinsey.She attended the schools of Chester County and was formerly employed with Springs Industries as a weaver.She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lowrys and the widow of James Roland Clowney. She is survived by one daughter, Gwen Gibson and her husband Bobby of Chester; one son, Dennis W. ?Dink? Clowney of the home; three grandchildren, Niki Hovis, Krissi Wade and Lee Wade; three great grandchildren and one sister, Lucille Hill of Columbia, GA.She was preceded in death by a son Michael Eugene Roof and a great grandson Clayton Eaves.
