Mr. Edwin Floyd Heiney, 77, died Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Wayne T. Patrick House in Rock Hill, SC.A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Wateree Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Lake Wateree, SC with Rev. Steve Bishop officiating. Born December 2, 1935 in Monroe County, PA, Mr. Heiney was the son of the late Guy Elmer Heiney and Percy (Heiney) Heiney.He was a graduate of William Allen High School in Allentown, PA and a veteran of the US Marine Corp.He was retired from Mack Truck as a supervisor.Mr. Heiney was a Master Mason and a Shriner. He is survived by one daughter, Linda Wilburn and her husband Eddie of Chester, SC; four grandchildren, Doug Wilburn, Andrea Wilburn, Tiffany Wilburn and Chris Wilburn; five great grandchildren, Hannah Wilburn, Haleigh Wilburn, Skye Wilburn, Abigail Wilburn and Blair Wilburn; two brothers, Earl Heiney of Allentown, PA and Donald Heiney of Coopersburg, PA.He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
