Chester Mr. Edwin Hoyle Edwards, 62, died Sunday, April 26, 2015, at his home.All funeral services will be private. Mr. Edwards was born December 11, 1952 in Rowan County, NC and was a son of the late Eddie Edwards and Jane Bost Kimbrell.He attended Salisbury High School, was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam era and was retired from Consolidated Truck Parts.Mr. Edwards enjoyed tinkering on old cars and was faithful to MOPAR. He is survived by one daughter, Toni E. Keen (Dennis) of Chester; one grandson, Thomas Chase Donaldson of Spartanburg, SC; four sisters, Susie Lyerly of Salisbury, NC, Gina Shuping of China Grove, NC, Leanda Williams of Lexington, NC and Joy Leach of Concord,NC; and one brother, Kenny Kimbrell of Salisbury, NC.
