Edgemoor Dorothy Ann Allen Paquin, 97, died Monday, April 25, 2022, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice in Rock Hill.A graveside service will be held at 5:00 PM Friday, April 29, 2022, at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Patrick Roddey officiating.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside or Thursday April 28th 2022 from 4:00 PM until 7 :00 PM at the home. Mrs. Paquin was born July 12, 1924 in Edgemoor, SC and was a daughter of the late Andrew Carl Allen and Annie Liza Franklin Allen.She was a graduate of Fort Lawn High School.Dot was a homemaker and was retired from Chester County School District as a cafeteria manager.She previously worked with the Chester County Courthouse.Dot was member of Harmony Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She is survived by two sons, Norman Paquin (Sam) and Ronnie Paquin both of Edgemoor; six grandchildren, Andy (JJ), Melissa (Wes), Dee (Lowell), Carl (Crissie), Mary Susan (DJ), and Jordan (Whitney); 14 great grandchildren, Hayley (Chris), Wade, Brooke, Wesleigh, Allen, John Wayne, Dylan, Macie, Able, Paisley, Dallas, Hutson, Everly and Emmy; one sister, Libby Gaston (Joe) of Richburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Henry “Pete” Paquin; a son, Wayne Paquin; a sister, Martha Broome; and a great granddaughter, Dani Paquin.
