Clinton Dorothy Dubose Hollis, 93, died Tuesday, December 11, 2018,at Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in Clinton. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday December 14, 2018, at Unity Presbyterian Church of Fort Mill, SCwith Rev. Mark Diehl officiating. Interment will follow in Union ARP Church Cemetery in Richburg , SC. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday atUnity Presbyterian Church in Fort Mill, SC. Mrs. Hollis was born October 2, 1925 in Manning, SC and was adaughter of the late Heyward Perry Dubose and Alice Pearle Duke Dubose. Shegraduated from Manning High School, Columbia College and Winthrop College. Mrs. Hollis was retired from the Lancaster County SchoolDistrict as a 3rd grade teacher. She was a member of Unity Presbyterian Church in Fort Mill, SC. Sheis survived bythree daughters, Cindy Hollis Epps and her husband James N. Epps, Jrof Fort Mill ,SC, LyssaHollis Youngbloodand her husband William Robert “Bob” Youngblood of Lawrenceville, GA, and Terry Hollis Gladden and her husband William C Gladden, III ofRichburg, SC; three sisters Grace Fischer of Bradenton, FL, Helen Borden of Spartanburg, SC and Nell Sprott of Manning SC; seven grandchildren;eight great grandchildren; Mrs. Hollis was preceded in death by her husband Emory Jamieson “Pug” Hollis; one brother, Lamar DuBose; one sister, Margaret Gamble.
