Dorothy Jerusha Hefner Cleveland Evans

Edgemoor Mrs. Dorothy Jerusha Hefner Cleveland Evans, 92, passed away Thursday July 30, 2020 at her home. The family will announce a memorial service at a later date. Mrs. Evans was born February 26, 1928 in York County, SC and was a daughter of the late Curtis Hefner and Jerusha Laney Hefner. She attended the schools of Lando and was retired from Springs Industries. Mrs. Evans attended Lando Church of God. She is survived by three sons, Jimmy Cleveland (Judy) of Chester, SC, Grover Cleveland (Patsy) of Edgemoor, SC and Craig Cleveland of Concord, NC; ten grandchildren, Bridget, April, Jessica and Kim, Laura, Krystal, William, Andy, Timothy, Doug ; ten great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by two husbands, James Paul Cleveland and Leonard Belvin Evans. Memorials may be made to Lando Church of God, PO Box 84, Richburg, SC 29729.
