Chester Mrs. Dorothy Marie Fadio Barber, 89, died Monday, October 25, 2021, at her home.A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon Friday, October 29, at Barron Funeral Home.Interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 12:00 Noon on Friday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mrs. Barber was born August 31, 1932 in Hazelton, Pennsylvania and was a daughter of the late Andrew Fadio and Rose Halko Fadio.She was a graduate of Audubon High School, Audubon, NJ.Mrs. Barber was a homemaker.She was of the Christian faith, a lover of God and a great prayer warrior. She is survived by seven children, Daniel Barber (Susan) of Franklinville, NJ, Kathleen Mills (Edward) of Pitman, NJ, Michol Susan Hunt (Keith) of Franklinville, NJ, Bonnie Steele (Richard) of Chester, SC, Tammy Barber (Jeff Moorfield) of Chester, SC, David Barber (Deborah J.) of Chester, SC, John Barber (Debbie) of Blackstock, SC, and daughter-in-law, Susan Barber of Chester; 32 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; one brother, Thomas “Tom” Fadio of Honolulu, HI; and numerous nieces and nephews.Mrs. Barber was preceded in death by her husband, Leo John Barber; a son, Timothy Leo Barber; and two granddaughters, Nichol “Nicci” Davis and Jenny Barber.
