Doris Leonard Hathcock

Blackstock, SC: Doris Leonard Hathcock, 85, died Thursday December 23, 2021, at MUSC Chester. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 2, 2022, at First Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Jon Parrish officiating. The family will receive friends also Sunday in the sanctuary of the church from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Burial will be held in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Hathcock was born in Spartanburg, SC on September 6, 1936, and was a daughter of the late Judd W. Leonard and Florence Brown Leonard. She attended the schools of Chester County and graduated through the GED program. Doris was retired from Schlegel Corporation and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Hathcock, her son, Danny Ray Hathcock, three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by one daughter, Vicki Campbell of Blackstock, SC, three grandchildren, Christopher D. Robinson (Rachel) of Blackstock, SC, David Campbell (Amanda) of Lockhart, SC and Alisha Cummings (Kyle) of Rock Hill, SC; eight great-grandchildren, Riley, Ryan and Daniel Robinson, Brianna, Brandon and Kaylee Cummings and Raelyn and Ryker Campbell and her sister, Dorothy Gaston of Chester, SC.
