Doris Stowe Hall

Mrs. Doris Stowe Hall, 100, died Friday May 23, 2020 her home. All services will be private. Mrs. Hall was born May 13, 1920 in Rock Hill, SC and was a daughter of the late John Luther Stowe and Katherine White Stowe. She attended Ebenezer School in Rock Hill, SC and was retired from Springs Industries Eureka Plant as a weaver. Mrs. Hall was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church where she was a former member of the “Happy Stichers Group”. She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn H. Orr (Bill) of Chester, SC; four sons, Larry “Moe” Hall (Pasty), Jerry L. Hall (Nancy), Steve Hall (Anne), and Michael Hall (Shirley) all of Chester, SC; ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Aline Strait of Chester, SC; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 52 years Otis A. Hall; one son Ronald Allen Hall and a granddaughter Kim Cantrell. Memorials may be made to First Free Will Baptist Church, P.O.
