Mrs. Donna Arnold Raines, 46, of 614 Still Street, died Thursday, September 4, 2008. The service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Chester Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church with Rev. Clint Davis officiating.Interment will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Rock Hill, SC. Born June 19, 1962 in Chesapeake, Virginia, Mrs. Raines was the daugther of the late Charles Arnold and Sandra Peeples Arnold.She was a 1979 graduate of Chester High School and attended York Technical College. Surviving are her husband, William G. ?Billy? Raines; two sons, Timothy G. Raines and Ryan C. Raines both of Chester; one brother, Mark Arnold of Jim Falls, Wisconsin and several nieces and nephews.
