Donald Wade Price

Chester Mr. Donald Wade Price, 91, died Friday, December 23, 2022, at Hospice and Community Care in Rock Hill. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 26, 2022, at First Baptist Church Richburg with Rev. John Parris officiating. Interment will be in Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service. Mr. Price was born April 3, 1931 in Danville, West Virginia and was a son of the late Tolbert Price and Violet Virginia Curry Price. He was a graduate of Scott High School in Madison, WV and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Korean War. Mr. Price was retired from C&O Railroad after 35 years of service. He was a member of First Baptist Church Richburg. He is survived by his wife of over 66 years, Janet Fay Webb Price; one son, John Allen Price of Chester; one brother, Stanley Price (Barbara) of Huntsville, AL; and several nieces and nephews.
