John Porter officiating.The interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2014 at Barron Funeral Home. Born February 11, 1961 in Chester, SC, Mr. Groves was a son of Claudia Marquard Groves and the late William Thomas Groves.He attended the schools of Chester High School and was retired from Performance Fibers in Winnsboro, SC.He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers Fan and an awesome artist. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, William Curtis “Billy” Groves (Sara) of Dallas, NC and two sisters, Cynthia Humphries of Beaufort, SC and Karen Williams of Chester, SC; two brothers, Steve Groves and Ronnie Groves (Julie) both of Chester, SC; two grandchildren, Jodeci Groves and Peyton Groves both of Lincolnton, NC and numerous nieces and nephews.
