Chester, SC: Diane Williams Green, 73, died Friday December 16, 2011 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Barron Funeral Home with Reverend John Porter officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Barron Funeral Home.Interment will be private. Mrs. Green was born in Franklin, NC on May 10, 1938. She was a daughter of the late Thomas Williams andLassie Lorraine Alexander Williams. She was of the Presbyterian faith and was a Certified Nursing Assistant having worked with Home Health Care. Mrs. Green is survived by her husband, Pete Green; four sons, Neely Roof and his wife Darlene, Mitchell Roof and his wife Patricia, Randy Roof and Tony Roof and his fiancé Sonia all of Chester, SC; one brother, Emanuel Williams of Senoia, GA; one sister, Mary Burton of Los Angeles, CA; eight grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
