Chester Mrs. Diane Elizabeth Sanders Branch, 83, died, Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at her home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Stacy Newlon officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 am to 11 am Saturday, April 15 at the church. Mrs. Branch was born November 22, 1939 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late James Brown Sanders and Elizabeth Tadlock Sanders. She was a graduate of Lewisville High School and was retired from Founders Federal Credit Union. Mrs. Branch was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir and served on various committees and was part of Women of the Church. She is survived by one son, Barry Branch (Terry) of Chester, SC; two grandchildren, Misty Branch of Waynesville, NC and Kaleb Branch of Lancaster, SC; one great-grandson, Mason; one brother, Mike Sanders of Great Falls, SC and her nieces and nephews, Wayne, Sherry, Fonda and Shannon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of over 63 years, Louis Alexander Branch, Sr., her daughter, Linda Kay Branch; one son, Lou Branch and her brother, Jerry Sanders.
