Chester Mr. Dean Revis, 61, died Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 25, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Chester, SC with Rev. Clay Waldrip officiating. Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday August 24, 2018 at Barron Funeral Home. He was born May 12, 1957 in Chester, SC and was a son of the late Olan Guy Dean Revis, Sr and Doris Boulware Revis. He was a graduate of Chester High School and employed with Randall Supply , Inc of Monroe , NC. Mr. Revis enjoyed dirt bike racing with his grandsons. Dean was an avid Gamecock fan, a loving father and grandfather. He was member of WestsideBaptist Church. Mr. Revis is survived by his wife of 38 years Cindy Page Revis; one son, Eric Dean Revis (Laura) of Chester; one daughter, Codie Elizabeth Jean Revis (fiancé David Wright) of Columbia; three grandchildren, Bricksen, Palmer and Phoenix Revis all of Chester; three sisters, Pam Gibson, Paula Wright (Phil), Trudy Waldrep (David) all of Chester andnumerous nieces and nephews.
