Darrell James Parkins

Darrell James Parkins, 68, died Thursday July 1, 2021 at Prisma Health Laurens County Hospital. All services are private. Mr. Parkins was born in Union, SC and was a son of the late Jack C. Parkins and Lois Canupp Parkins Brank. He was a resident of the Whitten Center in Clinton, SC and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parent’s , Darrell is preceded in death by his brother Jackie Parkins and his nephew Paul Fairfax. He is survived by two sisters, Neely Parkins and Debbie Melton (Larry) all of Chester, SC; special niece Trilby Grace of Hickory, NC. Other nieces and nephews are Judd Fairfax of Chester, SC and Shannon Melton-Fowler of Carlisle, SC and several great nieces and nephews.
