Daniel Erwin Parker, Sr.

Mr. Daniel Erwin Parker Sr., 68, died Monday, June 29, 2026 . A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Woodward Baptist Church with Pastor Keith Hinson and Mr. Jamie Watts officiating . Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM also Thursday, July 2 at Woodward Baptist Church.

Mr. Parker was born October 1, 1957 in Chester, SC and was the son of the late Alonzo Lloyd Parker and Susie Benson Parker. He attended the schools of Chester County and was a local handy man with many talents. Daniel was a volunteer fireman with Leeds and Carlisle Fire Department, and he was a great grand paw.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Diane Gheen Parker; four children, Daniel Erwin Parker, Jr., (Rachael) of Rock Hill, SC, Dannielle Parker Roof (Steven) of Chester, SC , Charles Levister, Jr. (Nicole) of Carlisle, SC; twelve grandchildren; five brothers, Neil, Eddie, Inky, Jimmy and Floyd Parker; one sister, Beulah Ann McCraven of Chester, SC and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Parker Sr.
