Curtis Stanley Yarborough

CHESTER ? Curtis S. Yarborough, 62, of 628 Gregory Road, died Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Palmetto Health Richland. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31 at 2nd Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Bishop officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Yarborough was born in Chester on September 14, 1946, the son of Robert and Louise Dodds Yarborough. He was employed at Spring Mills for 33 years. Surviving are 3 daughters, Margaret ?Cricket? Howe (Scotty) of Chester; Carrie Rawls (Robert) of Chester; Joy Martin (Don) of Hardeeville, SC; 4 sisters, Mary Feaster, Hazel Welch, Loreda Campbell, all of Chester and Essie Dickson of Pellington, SC; 1 brother, Lindsey Yarborough of Chester. Mr. Yarborough is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Julie Yarborough of Chester; Harlee Rawls of Chester; Scott Martin of Hardeeville, SC; Tommy Hicks of Columbia, SC; Kell Parker of Chester; 1 great grandchild, Kameron Parker of Chester.
