CHESTER Mrs. Clarice Hill Bailey, 87, died Monday, June 3, 2013 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Arthur Vick and Rev. Larry Jenkins officiating.The interment will be at Chester Memorial Gardens.The visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Barron Funeral Home. Born November 13, 1925 in Lockhart, SC, Mrs. Bailey was the daughter of the late Oscar Hill and Vera Belue Hill.She was a graduate of Lockhart High School and retired from Springs Industries with over thirty-seven years of service. She was a charter member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bailey is survived by her husband of over sixty-five years Malcolm Bailey; one son, Jimmy W. Bailey and his wife Candy of Rock Hill, SC; three grandchildren, Mandi Turner of Columbia, SC, Cameron “Bubba” Bailey and his wife Kasie of Rock Hill and Christopher L. Bailey and his wife Fran of Columbia, SC; six grandchildren, Charlie, Wylie, Mary-Cam, Lillie, Bess and Ben and two sisters-in-law, Hope Hill of Union, SC and Myrtle Bailey of Chester.
