Cheryl Houston Bradley

Cheryl Houston Bradley, 60, passed Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at MUSC Lancaster Medical Center surrounded by her family.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, May 12, 2025, at Barron Funeral Home with Mr. Jimbo Mobley officiating.  Interment will be private.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday at Barron Funeral Home.

Born October 7, 1964 in Chester, SC, Cheryl was the daughter of the late Jimmy Daniel Houston, Sr. and Emogene Hunter Houston.  She was a graduate of Chester High school and retired from Walmart.  She worked at Bilo for over 19 years before their closing.  Cheryl enjoyed spending time with her family and friends especially her grandsons.  She also loved spending time at the beach.  Cheryl was a loving wife, mother, Nana, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.  She will be missed so much by everyone who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Cheryl is preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Jane McRee.

She is survived by her husband of over 43 years, Ricky L. Bradley; two daughters, Brandi Truesdale (John) and Whitney Baker (Tyress) both of Lancaster, SC; one son, Jeremy Bradley of Chester, SC; six grandsons, Jonathan (Destani), Jayden, Ty, RJ, Nick and George; three brothers, Danny Houston (Tammy), Scott Houston (Brenda) and Rusty Houston (Angie) all of Chester, SC; brother-in-law, Tony Owens and sister-in-law, Melony Bradley both of Georgia; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
