Chelsea was born in Tampa, FL on August 13, 1987 and was a daughter of Darryl Duane Straw and Marie-Claire Abercrombie Walton. She was a graduate of Copper Hills High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was owner and operator of two businesses that specialized in vinyl automobile wrapping. She is survived by two children, Kyomi and Kasumi Newton both of Chester, SC; her mother and step-father, Marie-Claire and Greg Walton of Chester, SC; her father and step-mother, Darryl and Elizabeth Straw of Fountain Inn, SC and her paternal grandparents, Dennis and Gladys Straw of West Decatur, PA.
