Cecile Jean Montgomery

Chester, SC : Cecile Jean Montgomery, 70, died Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Piedmont Medical Center. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Mt Pleasant Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Reverend Steve Bishop officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside. Cecile was born in Chester County, SC on January 24, 1952 and was a daughter of the late Cecil Alvin Montgomery andLydia Emma James Montgomery. She was a graduate of Chester High School and was retired from the textiles Industry having worked with Seamless Sensations for many years. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death bythree sisters, Mary Montgomery, Emma Montgomery and Betty Etters and brother-in- law Nolan Etters.She is survived by two sisters, Brenda Parkins (Roy) and Wanda Montgomery (fiance' Scott) all of Chester, SC; two great niecesHunter Taylor and Lydia Parkins; three great-nephews, Matthew Parkins, Clay Taylor and Elijah Parkins and special friends, Joe Young of Columbia, SC and Cindy Ziegler and Wanda Hutto both of Chester, SC.
