CHESTER, SC: Mrs. Carolyn Clark Rouse, 64, died Monday, February 15, 2016 at her home.The funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Friday, February 19, 2016 at Lando Church of God with Rev. Ed Harris and Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating.The interment will be at Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Barron Funeral Home. Mrs. Rouse was bornDecember 15, 1951 in Conway, SC.She was preceded in death by her parents James Ivey Clark and Macie Long Clark and two brothers, Archie Doc “A.D.” Clark and Shorty Clark.She was a graduate of Aynor High School and retired from Schlegel Industries.Mrs. Rouse was a member of Lando Church of God. She is survived by her husband of over forty years Tommy Rouse; one son, Scotty Rouse of Chester; one daughter, Carolyn Jolene Clinton of Chester; three grandchildren, Christopher Clinton, Caleb Clinton, Alexis Rouse all of Chester and Makayla Helms of Chester, whom Carolyn loved as her own granddaughter; two brothers, Danny Clarkand Doug Clark both of Galivants Ferry, SC and one sister, Marilyn Warren of Galivants Ferry, SC.
