Chester Mrs. Carolyn Ludina Kendrick Parsons, 56, died Sunday, January 26, 2020, at Ridgeway Manor in Ridgeway, SC.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 30, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating. Interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Carolyn was born January 20, 1964 in Gainesville, Florida and was a daughter of the late Eugene E. Kendrick and Catherine Anne Darby Kendrick.She was a graduate of Chester High School and also Technical College.Carolyn was a Certified Nursing Assistant for Hospice as well as the Dialysis Center and also did some free-lance work.She loved to cook and was a Gamecock fan. She is survived by one son, Donnie Parsons of Chester; one sister, Wanda Kendrick Roberts of Chester; two nieces, Leslie Roberts Fairey (Frank) of Sharon and Josie Pitts of Chester; two great nieces, Darby Fairey and Wylie Fairey of Sharon; Helen Bennett and Phyllis McWatters whom she loved as sisters; and many other family and friends.Carolyn was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Kendrick and twin brothers, Donnie and Ronnie Kendrick.
