Carol Cabaniss Gerbers

Carol Cabaniss Gerbers, 74, died Friday, December 18, 2020 at her home. A Graveside Service will be held 2:00 PM Monday,December 21, 2020 with Reverend Kevin Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service. Carol was bornin Chester, SC on January 10, 1946 and was a daughter of the late Robert Cabaniss and Lillian Sutherland Cabaniss. She was a graduate of Chester High School. For over thirty years Carol was a Tax Preparer with Chester Tax Service. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents,she is preceded in death by her husband Rick Gerbers. Carol is survived by two sons, Scott Gerbers (Angel) and Robbie Gerbers (Valarie) all of Blackstock, SC; four grandchildren, Casey Gerbers (Asia) of Yukon, OK, Jessica Dover, Denver, CO, Michaela Gerbers of Greenwood, SC and Lane Gerbers of Clemson, SC; one great-granddaughter, Jocalyn Gerbers of Yukon, OK; one sister, Brenda Branham (Joe) of Chester, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.
