Mr. Brian Keith Matthews, 43, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at his residence.The funeral will be 2:00 PM Sunday, April 18, 2010 at the First Church of The Nazarene in Chester, SC with Reverend Jerry DeVinney and Reverend Ken Compton officiating.Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 8:00 pm Saturday at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie Street, Chester. Born July 23, 1966 in Chester, Mr. Matthews was a son of Judy Dubose Miller and the late Roy Eugene Matthews.He was a graduate of Chester High School and was employed with Arvin Meritor as a machine operator.He was an avid Harley Rider and loved his dog H-D. He is survived by his mother and step-father Jimmy Miller of Chester; two sisters, Tammy Matthews and her husband Keith and Pam M. Starnes and her husband Tracy all of Chester; two brothers, Chris Matthews and his wife Robin of Fort Mill, SC and Jeffrey Matthews and his wife Christine of Lancaster, SC; one step-brother, Steven Miller of Rock Hill, SC; one step-sister, Emily Diggs of Chester and numerous nieces and nephews.
