Boyd Archie Crouch, Sr.

Boyd Archie Crouch Sr. 90 of Chester, SC, left us peacefully on January 21, to be with the Lord. Boyd will always be remembered as a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Born on December 15, 1934, in Chester SC. Boyd grew up as the son of Mr. Harvey Crouch and Mrs. Nina Crouch, alongside eight sisters and six brothers. On June 11, 1955, Boyd married the love of his life, Fannie Mae Shirley. The two shared a romance that lasted 56 years and brought into the world six wonderful children and five grandchildren. Boyd is survived by his daughters, Debra and Teresa, and his sons, Ricky, Tracy, and Steven. He was preceded in death by his wife, Fannie Mae Crouch, and his son, Boyd Jr. A celebration of Boyd’s life will be held on January 25 at Barron Funeral Home in Chester, SC, with visitation at 1 PM and the service at 2 PM, followed by a graveside burial in Chester Memorial Gardens In Lieu of flowers Memorial donations may be made to Wayne T.
