Boyce Roland Campbell

Mr. Boyce Roland Campbell, 97, died Friday, October 31, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Parrish officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Barron Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Campbell was born March 21, 1928 in Gastonia, NC and was the son of the late Alan A. Campbell and Bessie Liton Campbell. He attended the public schools of Gaston County, NC. Boyce retired from Springs Industries and was a Veteran of the US Navy. He was an Atlanta Braves Fan and enjoyed traveling with his wife to their training camps and going to Florida on vacation. He was a member of First Church of Nazarene Chester.

He is survived by his wife of over 69 years, Minnie Jane Campbell; two sisters, Corrine Russell of Dallas, NC and Barbra Strait of Chester, SC; one brother, Ronnie Campbell of Chester, SC; his brother-in-law Harvey Ferrell of Chester, SC; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jewell C. Lathan; three brothers, Hugh, Jack and Harold Campbell.
