CHESTER, SC Mrs. Blanche Anne Worthy Brozina, 80, died Thursday, May 2, 2013 at National Health Care in Clinton, SC.A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Dwight Pearson officiating. Born October 30, 1932 in Pageland, SC, Mrs. Brozina was the daughter of the late Hood C.and Mary Lyle Patton Worthy. She was the widow of Robert E. Brozina.Mrs. Brozina was a 1950 graduate of Chester High School and 1954 graduate of Winthrop College. She was retired from Rock Hill High School as a mathematics teacher having also taught in Maryland.She was a member of the First A.R.P. Church of Rock Hill, SC. Mrs. Brozina is survived by her children, Rev. Robert H. Brozina of Moore, SC, Mrs. Anne B. Tinsley (Les) of Rock Hill, SC, Mr. Stephen W. Brozina (Debbie) of Dobson, NC. Her grandchildren, Daniel Broughton (Christy) of Dobson, NC, Beth Green (Matt) of Winston Salem, NC, Mary Lyle Brozina of Dobson, NC, Brad Tinsley of Rock Hill, SC and her great granddaughters, Macey Broughton of Dobson, NC and Avery Green of Winston Salem, NC.
