Mr. Kreider was born January 17, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois and was a son of Joanne Karol Kreider King and the late John George Kreider.He was a graduate of the schools of Chicago, IL and was formerly employed as a waiter.Blake loved playing golf and cooking. In addition to his mother, Joanne King of Chester, he is survived by one brother, Brian Kreider of Chester; one sister, Michelle Kreider Allen of Leesburg, Fl.; one nephew, Danny Kreider of Ft.
