GREAT FALLS, SC Mr. Billy Gene Crouch, 79, died October 1, 2014 at his residence.The funeral will be 2:00 PM Friday, October 3, 2014 at Barron Funeral Home with Reverend Ronnie Greene officiating.The interment will be at Armenia United Methodist Church.The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Friday, October 3, 2014 at Barron Funeral Home and other times at the home of his daughter, Daylon Freeman, 1168 Crooked Creek Lane, Chester, SC. Born August 20, 1935 in Chester County, SC, Mr. Crouch was the son of the late Thomas Odell Crouch and Maggie Love Crouch.He attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from Springs Industries.He served in the S.C. National Guard for over nine years and was a member of Fountain of Life Church of God. He was the widower of Frances McCameron Crouchand VirginiaBrooks Crouch. He is survived by his companion, Inez Parker; one daughter, Daylon C. Freeman (Rick) of Chester; two sons, Tommy Crouch (Jodie) and William D. Crouch both of Chester; three grandchildren, Leeann Freeman, Amy Crouch and Tara Crouch; six great-grandchildren, Brittany Freeman, Rheannon Crouch, Miranda Ellis, Gavin Bradley, Cheyanne Cooper and R.J. Cooper; two sisters, Lucille Albert of Chester and Inez Williams (Tom) of Union, SC. Memorials may be made to Fountain of Life Church of God, 520 Christopher Lane, Chester, SC 29706.
