Chester Beverly Ballard Anderson, 56, died Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Barron Funeral Home.Interment will be private. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 31, immediately folliowing the memorial service at the home on 1387 Willis Rd., Chester, SC. Mrs. Anderson was born October 5, 1955 in Charlotte, NC and was a daughter of Luther C. Ballard and the late Doris Bartlett Ballard.She attended the schools of Charlotte, NC and was a homemaker. In addition to her father, she is survived by one son, Richard ?Rick?
