Betty Sue Jarrett Bagley

Chester, SC: Betty Sue Jarrett Bagley, 92, died Saturday, November 26, 2022 at MUSC-Chester. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Evergreen Cemetery with Reverend Clay Waldrip officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service. Mrs. Bagley was born in Chester, SC on November 22, 1930 and was a daughter of the late Fred Albright Jarrett and Daisy Lee Robinson Jarrett. She was a graduate of Chester High School and attended Winthrop College. She was retired from Chester County Hospital as a Purchasing Agent. After her retirement she worked part-time with the Chester YMCA for over ten years. Betty was a member of First Baptist Church, Chester where she taught kindergarten for several years. She was also a member of Chester Garden Club. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ross Bagley and her brother Fred A. Jarrett, Jr.. She is survived by three sons, Mike Bagley (Fifi), Patrick Bagley and Tim Bagley (Angie) all of Chester, SC; Six grandchildren, Michael Bagley (Shellie) of Nashotah, Wisconsin, Jennifer Miller (Steve) of Rock Hill, SC and Meridith Cameron (Tony) of York, SC;, Beth Bagley (fiance' Rocky) and Kelly Fowler (Jamie) and Jarrett Bagley (Devon) all of Chester, SC; nine great grandchildren and two nieces.
