Rock Hill: Ms. Betty Arilla Baucom Killian, 84, died Friday, November 28, 2014 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, December 1, 2014 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Edward Harris officiating.The interment will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Monday, December 1, 2014 at Barron Funeral Home. Born May 1, 1930 in Union County, NC, Ms. Killian was the daughter of the late Jesse Franklin Baucom and Lola Ruth Holmes Baucom.She was a graduate of Marshville High School in Marshville, NC and a homemaker.She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She is survived by seven children, Franklin Killian (Libby) of Danville, VA, Barbara Mayes (Robert) of Batesburg-Leesville, SC, Katherine Webb (Rock) of W. Columbia, SC, Johnny Killian of Chester, Billy Killian (Hyon) of Bonaire, GA, Bobby Killian (Karen) of Greenville, SC and Tina Gregory (Billy) of Fort Lawn, SC; nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren; one brother, Lloyd F. Baucom of Charlotte, NC; one sister, Lucille Cameron of Mooresville, NC and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by a grandson Michael Killian and a sister Elsie Bonsky.
