Barbara Elaine Johnson Parker

Hickory Grove, SC Mrs. Barbara Elaine Johnson Parker, 66, died Monday, December 21, 2020 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Steve Bishop officiating. Mrs. Parker was born May 18, 1954 in Chester, SC and was a daughter of the late Charles Gilbert Johnson and Betty Louise Steading Johnson. She attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from Springs Industries and also later worked with Walmart in York, SC. Barbara loved reading and writing as her hobbies and she also enjoyed watching football. Mrs. Parker attended Cornerstone Family Worship in York, SC. She is survived by her companion Johnny Jeter; one son Mickey Parker (Shayna) of Union, SC; one sister, Margaret Shirley (Robert) of Chester, SC; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her step-daughter Clarice Jeter of Chester, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.
