Azilee Bagley Cassells

Chester:Mrs. Azilee Bagley Cassells, 96, passed away Friday, August 26, 2011 at Chester Regional Nursing Center.A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AMMonday, August 29, 2011 at Chester Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clay Waldrip officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside and other times at the home at 108 Ella St., Chester, SC 29706. Mrs. Cassells was born in Chester on May 20, 1915 and was a daughter of Harley A. Bagley and Gertrude Garrison Bagley and the widow of Sam Cassells.She was a graduate of Chester High School and was retired from Coca-Cola Bottling Co. as a secretary.She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Sally Bagby Sunday School Class and a former Sunday School teacher. Mrs. Cassells was also a member of the Garden Gate Garden Club. She is survived by one daughter, Margaret ?Tissie?Cassells of Chester; six grandchildren, Nancy Price of Harrisburg, Ut., Kay Eddelman of Chester, Ray Eddelman of Washington State, Amy Covill of Dunn, NC, Jennifer Mazer of Ashton, MD and Caroline Harris of Princeton, PA;numerous great grandchildren andgreat great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by a son, Rear Admiral Joseph S.
