Chester Mr. Arden Leon Stewart, 68, died Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Chester Regional Medical Center.The funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, December 11, 2017, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Foster officiating.The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM Sunday, December 10, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC.Interment will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 12, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, SC. Mr. Stewart was bornOctober 19, 1949 in Craigsville, West Virginia.He attended the schools of Parkersburg, WV and was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam war.Mr. Stewart was self- employed as a mechanic.He attended Cornwell Presbyterian Church. He is survived by two sons, Bryan Stewart (Tamica) of Pomeroy, OH and Michael Stewart (Lois) of Chester; one daughter, Carla Sheldon (Chip) of Michigan; two sisters, Sue Rockhold (Gary) of Reedsville, OH and Robin Basham (Gary) of Coolville, OH; one brother, Little Jerry Stewart of Rock Hill, SC; sixteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence M.
