Anthony Lynn Roof

Mr. Anthony Lynn Roof, 48, died Sunday, October 23, 2016.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the home of Gordon Roof, 1252 Goldmine Rd., Chester, SC with Rev. Ronnie Green officiating.Interment will be private.The family will receive friends following the service. Mr. Roof was born October 7, 1968 in Chester, SC and was a son of Gordon N. Roof and the late Diane Williams Greene. He was a carpenter. In addition to his father, Gordon Roof of Chester, he is survived by one son, Tristen Lakota Glenn Millwood of Chester; one daughter, Heather Nicole Roof of Edgemoor; two brothers, Randy Roof and Neely Roof both of Chester; one grandchild, Marshall Allen Slade McCarty of Edgemoor; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Mr. Roof was preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Roof. Gifts of love may be made to Gordon Roof, 1252 Goldmine Rd., Chester, SC 29706.
