CHESTER: Mrs. Annie Lucille Couch Poston, 81 died Sunday, February 15, 2015 at the Chester Regional Nursing Center.The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Barron Funeral Home with Reverend Curtis Marshall and Rev. Keith Hinson officiating.The interment will be in Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Barron Funeral Home. Born March 10, 1934 in Lancaster, SC, Mrs. Poston was the daughter of the late Marvin C. Couch and Ethel Jane Hunter Couch.She attended the schools of Lancaster and Chester Counties.Mrs. Poston was a member of Second Baptist Church in Chester where she was a member of the Fidelis Sunday School Class and formerly attended Orrs Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Ronnie Poston(Peggy) of Catawba, SC and Billy Poston of Chester; two daughters, Kathy Costner of Chester and Teresa Bayne(Terry) of Columbia, SC; one grandson, Brad Costner of Myrtle Beach, SC; one brother, Donald Couch of West Palm Beach, FL; three sisters-in-law, Lynda Stephenson, Janis Elms and Bobbie Jean Westbrook whom Lucille considered her sisters.She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Edward Poston, Jr.;one brother, Bobby Couch; and a dear personal friend, Frances Flenniken.
