Chester Mrs. Ann McAbee Campbell, 64, died Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at her home.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Jim McClure, Rev. Steve Bishop and Mrs. Flora Heinlein officiating.Interment will follow at Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Barron Funeral Home. Born October 29, 1952 in Chester, SC, Mrs. Campbell was a daughter of Wilma Ruth Steddings McAbee and the late BC McAbee.She was a graduate of Chester High School class of 1971 and owner and operator of The Olde Station Restaurant and Assistant Kindergarten Teacher at First Baptist Church Chester.Mrs. Campbell was a member of Saluda Street Church of God where she was Children’s Secretary and Children’s Pianist and also played piano for the church quartet and was active in the ministries of the church. She is survived by her husband of over 42 years, Claude Campbell; one son, Keith Campbell (Christina) of Tampa, FL; two grandchildren, Cameron Campbell and Harper Campbell both of Tampa, FL; two brother, Mike McAbee (Sheila) of Chester, SC and William “P-Nut“ McAbee (Niwana) of Chester, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.
