Blackstock Mr. Adam Ryan Swygart, 22, died Thursday, May 26, 2016.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Westside Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Fowler and Rev. Mark Chapman officiating.Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, May 28, at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester, SC. Mr. Swygart was born December 26, 1993 and was a son of Jeffrey J. Swygart and Melinda Loving Swygart.He was a graduate of Chester High School and USC-Lancaster.Mr. Swygart was employed with D&C Trucking.He was a member of Westside Baptist Church and a volunteer firefighter with Chester Fire Department, South Chester Fire Department and Blackstock Fire Department. Mr. Swygart was named Volunteer Firefighter of the Year for 2014. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Logan Stewart (Jason) of Blythewood and his paternal grandmother, Janie Swygart of Chester.Mr. Swygart was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jerry Swygart and maternal grandparents, Victor and Margie Loving.
