Mr. Willard H. "Bud" Crouch Jr.

BLACKSTOCK, SC: Mr. Willard Harvey “Bud” Crouch, Jr., 80, died Thursday, December 20, 2018. The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, December 23, 2018, at Barron Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Crouch officiating. Interment will follow in Chester Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Barron Funeral Home. Born April 8, 1938 in Chester, SC, Mr. Crouch was a son of the late Willard H. Crouch, Sr. and Daisy Louise Morrison Crouch. He attended the schools of Chester County and was the owner and operator of Crouch and Son Logging. Mr. Crouch attended Great Falls Nazarene Church. Bud was an avid turtle hunter and loved camping. He is survived by three children, Rickey Crouch, Sr. (Linda) of Blackstock, SC, Sherry Grant (Carter) of Blackstock, SC and Nicole Crouch of Great Falls, SC; six grandchildren, Tessa Roberts of Fort Lawn, SC, Rickey Crouch, Jr. and Bridget Crouch of Blackstock, Amanda Bagley of Chester, SC, Tonya Weir of Lancaster, SC and Jeremy Burtnett, Jr. of Rock Hill, SC; fourteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Faye Hinson of Blackstock, SC; one brother, Gary Crouch of Richburg, SC; numerous nieces and nephews; and girlfriend, Geraldine Shaver of Blackstock, SC. Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by one son, Willard Harvey Crouch, III and a brother, Olin B. Crouch.
