Mrs. Stallings was born April 15, 1936 in Potsdam, New York and was the daughter of the late Elzear Primeau and Regina Domnie Primeau. She attended the schools of Patsdam, NY and was a homemaker. Mrs. Primeau was a member of First Baptist Church in Goldsboro, NC. She is survived by one son Bill C. Stallings (Teri) of Chester, SC; two grandchildren, Kristin Stallings and Landon Stallings (Nicole) of Indian Land, SC; one sister, Babe Mancini.
